I was hoping that you would forward this email to the highest ranked Executive you have in your hotel.
I just wanted to send this email to express my delight at the amazing experience that we had with our function on Wednesday night. As a large company nationally we have many functions requiring both accommodation and function facilities and the experience provided by your team headed by Mark was nothing short of amazing.
Nothing was too much trouble and we were definitely made to feel like valued customers something sadly that is all too often lacking today.
Everything from the check in reservation team, presentation of accommodation rooms, function room set up and meals were spot on and we will definitely be back as a consequence.
We used to stay and use the Metro many years ago and I am delighted that our team in WA has reconnected and rediscovered the great venue and team you have.
Please pass on my gratitude to the team and in particular Mark who is a huge asset to your business.
